You know what? that wont be much better...and it will only take a couple mods to match it.

Hell....they will basically be equal. pshh...that wont be impressive at all. Why even buy it?

So remember guys. For you to even have some bragging rights that mustang better run 11's out of the box or it aint shit.

And the funny thing is...you mustang guys have your panties all wet over the POSSIBILITY of the new gt even being a little bit quicker than the camaro. Look in the mirror.

Your right I don't I have only seen warnings given out to non camaro guys, but I am not looking for it either so I will take your word for it...

On another Note...
I run a Race team called FiveGuysRacing.com and we setup racing events for Street Cars, We have plans on setting up a "Decade of Muscle" Event in 2010
it's a Pinks All Out Style Race for all 2000 - 2010 Muscle Cars.
The first one will be held on the East Coast.

All Pontiac GTO's, Mustangs, Camaros, Challengers, and Chargers allowed.
We have several classes and to divisions FI and NA

Personally I don't think the 2011 Mustang will be faster than the Camaro, I think it will fianally put the Mustang and The Camaro on even playing fields, for a all out drivers race stock or modded...

Sure I would like to see the Mustang come out with a larger cube motor but it has not been that way since the early 70's. thats the way it is..
My only points are, you have got to give propps to the mustang for what it is. come on 20 year old 4.6L platform coming factory with 325hp that it capable to push 3500 lb car down the 1320 at 13.1 @ 106 under 30K.

I too Give props to the Camaro to do the same, but in a bit more style and grace and 425hp and 3890lbs.

Very few here will ever give credit to the Mustang for bringing back the Camaro, challenger and charger. the Retro style and power rejuvenated intrest in these cars again. I talk to track owners all the time and say that since 2005 attendance has trippled at test and tunes and all of the new cars are showing up all due to the mustang, we love it...

Infractions/warnings are not viewable to regular members, so I don't know what you could have actually seen besides infractions you've received yourself. And generally we don't reveal who gets what, just provide blanket statements like "infraction(s) were given, posts deleted"

Never sat in a 2010, cause I think the rearend is horrendous, but I had an 05 GT and an 08 GT. Truthfully the fuse that got me starting to look at a Challenger or Camaro was the fact that my right knee always rested up against the hard plastic center console and the left knee against the door. The 05-09s just seem so small to me now, and even the 2010s look small compared to the other 2 muscle cars. In short, they just look like yesterdays news. The next redesign should be great, but for now, between the 3 (Im not one of those hp addicted guys: I could care less which one is fastest) the Mustang finishes last.

I think the 2011 GT will be faster than the 2010 GT, but they have to limit it. Most cheerleaders and volleyball players haven't been trained to drive a high powered vehicle. We wouldn't want their stilettos sticking the throttle down.
