When I press the phone button on the steering wheel, it says Ready. I have not looked at the manual for figure how to do the voice tags yet.
Well, when I press the phone button on the steering wheel, Nothing happens.

Have you read your manual on this? Is goes through step by step how to configure and activate everything related to your phone.

Then it sounds to me like it just isn't compatable (sp) with the car. . .as said before my original phone wouldn't work with the bluetooth in the car. I think I got it to work once. . .and once only. If you feel there is a problem with your bluetooth, contact the dealer, but it will not kick on unless it recognizes something to connect to

Not sure. I don't use it on the radio but you pair your phone thru controls on the radio and adjust your settings on the radio.

I didn't configure my phone myself, the salesman did it for me, so I didn't pay attention to what he did. Mine works fine for answering calls from the steering wheel button, but I have to read up on how to make it able to make calls. For now, I have to find the phone number on my phone, then when I hit send, it goes through the bluetooth.

Is your car a 2SS or 1SS I believe only the 2SS has bluetooth. If it does then you go through the menu in the radio and select bluetooth it will search for your phone (which you will need to have search for car) it will generate a code to pair. Once they are paired I believe it asks for a name tag for the device. I have a Palm Pre so I just said Pre. Once it's paired up you just have to press the phone button on the steering wheel and say dial "123 456 7890" and will reply dialing "123 456 7890 using Pre" You can also set up name tags and say dial Jeff or what ever, but I'm lazy.
