This is, indeed, a very impressive build, and I am very interested to see what kind of drivetrain/suspension changes will need to be made to effectively support that kind of power.

Currently the only suspension changes are -

Pfadt Motormounts
Pfadt springs
Pfadt swaybars

BMR Rear upper control bars
BMR Lower control bars
BMR Tunnell stiffner

CCW 20X11.5 Rear
CCW 20X10.5 Front
Nitto Drag Radials rear
Nitto NT05 Radials front

Currently the tires are the fuseable link!

Maybe I just missed it somewhere, but is this a manual or automatic car? How about the rear; stock differential and axles?

Andy, you better hide those keys. Otherwise if someone at the shop take that car to the track, they'll come back with the rear end left on the track!

Man, that's too much power. It's like being Mandingo...

I'm thinking of something similar, built 416 LS3 with a Whipple, all the boost it can handle on a safe pump gas tune, no nitrous, no meth.

1. Must start and idle like stock ls3 from the factory in any temp.
2. Must not spit and sputter when trying to take off from a light.
3.No bucking or surging while maintaining speed.
4.No clutch chatter when taking off from a stop.

Each customer has affordable goals, each customer has certain tolerations...you must be able to read this in a customer so that you can build what he or she wants.

There is an old saying I live by - "IS IT GOOD ENOUGH,THE CUSTOMER WILL DECIDE"

Andy

succeed you will

Hey Andy, with a current production car, like the Camaro, is there anywhere to go with the tune when using nitrous?
I'm guessing the computer can only compensated for what input it receives "after the button is pushed"?
I'm not asking for any trade secrets or anything! Just curious.
Back in 87 I had a carbureted Z28 I put on the bottle. But then the ignition systems were stupid in comparison to what we have today.
