Sorry, not trying to sound pompous...wasn't aware the BA system came w/a sub. Thought the odd speaker was center channel up front.

Not sure myself. Just going by what the dealer told me. He didn't seem the brightest but he had open allocation at the time. If not subs then its just the speaker. Way to start christmas....

The rear deck speakers are Bi-amplified, one channel for woofer work and the second for sub duties, not exactly a true sub setup but compact.

Look on bright side...if they need to tear that PITA rear deck apart to replace a speaker it's the perfect time to jump in there and lay down some deadmat!

Mine sounds like that too. I'm guessing you boost the bass, and listen to volume levels around 75%plus?

If so, it looks like thats normal unfortunately- hense the reason many of us are adding true dedicated subs.

2010 Camaro SS modified extensively. I stretched the body to make it a 4 door, but I swapped in the 3.6L DI V6 for fuel economy. Then I picked up a corvette body around the V8. I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)

yeah its not a sub. well i have yet to see one but from what i saw in the 2ss i think the door and rear deck speakers are more wattage so that how you get the deeper bass.
