when do most of yall prefer going to get your first oil change? and should i switch to synthetic? im so confused ...

I'm at 1000 mi. and i'm going to change mine next week....
I will prolly change to syn. after I feel the motor is fully broke in....

Finally got the new Camaro home! ....loooong wait from the 10/19 TPW, but this is a nice car! NOW I UNDERSTAND "PERMAGRIN"!! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

94 miles already? I think I added that many in a little over a week after getting it not two days lol...o and ya the tires pick up everything...some other memeber on here has pics of what the road gravel and sand did to his paint it look so bad so i say dont drive it if you dont have to...

I'm with you....it's parked at least until they get the sand/rocks off the roads in the spring. We did have to drive it a little just to 'loosen' it up a bit. I jumped on it at about 35 mph and it broke the tires loose with the traction control off, so it's got some hp at least! Plenty for this old man, I think. Haven't driven it since Friday and probably won't for a couple more months. Gotta get some goodies coming so at least I can go out in the garage and tinker a little.....Have a great NEW YEAR!
