These are just pdf files anyone can make one of these I make them on a daily basis at work.

No where am I seeing a website where I can click on a link and get this pdf file information.

Besides with this being a dam rustang autoblog and everyone else would be going crazy with this and its funny how We are the only site with this pdf.

Still not Beleiving it.................but hope its true.

11.5 inch front rotors on the V8 seem too small for such a heavy car imo

Auto blog did have it, but that est. is the kicker. Ford is notorious for sandbagging numbers.

http://blogs.thecarconnection.com/ma...gt-gets-412-hp

"The new Mustang GT is only slightly heavier than the previous 4.6-liter Mustang, and the new 5.0-liter engine weighs just 430 pounds—20 percent less than the previous 5.0."

Amazing how someone says one thing and the other just posted this today as well.

Like I said I dont beleive it.

I don't see how that would even be possible, but then again the word "better" doesn't just mean "faster". for some reason alot of internet dwellers equate the word better to faster.

you're correct it could mean better handleing and etc.

imo just by bumping hp offering a 6speed manual/auto they have done better and I hate mustangs.

The numbers dont sound right at all.

No way will the 2011 GT put it at 4000 lbs. My friends Roush Mustang weighs in at 4100 but then again..it has IRS, F.I and other upgrades. AFAIK the Mustang has none of this.

Really? Why do all the ones I've seen have those ghastly fender/wheel gaps? It looks like they must run on 17" or 16" rims.

Also... when everyone runs around claiming the mustang is X,XXX pounds lighter than the Camaro, are they quoting the weight of a mustang with these options included or not? Seems like the non-trackpack and non-premium car could have a weight advantage that is offset by poor brakes and tires.

It won't weigh 4000 pounds, not by a long shot.
