Just got mine last night, black SS with sliver stripe. I'll be around Victorville and the 15 all the time. So watch out!

saw this yesterday driving on the I-5 a little north of oceanside all the way to mission viejo

had the black rally stripes and had corvette emblems on his front quarter panels with 376 emblems on the front fenders. still had the deal plate on. great lookin car but when i tried to wave the driver gave no reaction, but the passeneger noticed my car. nothing personal but why do most 5th gen owners give no response to 4th gen owners, even for a simple wave???? the ones i've come across act like they own a damn corvette and are to good to wave at the last generation

I've noticed that too. I think a lot of fifth gen owners are new to the Fbody family. They don't know the proper edicate yet

Hahaha. Its funny you say that. Every time I see a 4th Gen I look at the driver to acknowledge them and wave and only 2 so far have returned the gesture, both on the freeway when they tried to pass me but couldn't. 2 out of at least 150.

yep original motor, trans A4 and rear end. the only things that aren't original are the brake pads, rotors, LCA's, PHB, springs and shocks and the mounts. i'm throwing in a cam with brand new 241 heads next week

the valvetrain will be brand new again but the lower end of the block wont be lol it's only a TR227/224 cam so it's nothing that big

Nice. I decided to keep mine mostly stock (just a catback and a lid). I'll be trading up for a fifth gen after I put a ring on my GF. Damn expensive women
