Thumbs up Northern Driving

I just thought I'd make a comment on northern driving...

Its not really a complaint but if people are looking for info on it, here it is:

Camaro is low to the ground, however, I have not once gotten stuck (it snowed over three feet on one night without snow removal and I still got to work on time!)

The car has lots of power (even the V6) and has the tendency to 'burnout' when starting in first gear.

Amazing handling in -40C (-40F) weather conditions. Has been this temp for almost a week now, and still no problems except the gear shift being very stiff (therefore, mental note to self - do not park car and leave it in gear...oops)

No problems with E-Brake sticking.

Despite what most people think, this car handles excellent in winter driving conditions!

Size: 92.4 KB I love that pic. Only issue I had so far was a ice storm but as long as I started in second it was all good. I had myself a little giggle when I passed a 4x4 stuck on a hill. But in fairness the guy seemed like he was trying to floor it and must have had bad tires or something but it was still funny.

I haven't had too many problems and I have the RS package with the Pirelli tires that are awful in the cold/snow. I'm just being extra careful.

I had a '79 Camaro with a 305 V8 in it and I remember it being worse than my new one.

The RS tires are summer only tires, not designed to drive in the snow.

Unfortunately I didn't find that out until I bought the car. I'm saving up for some winter tires/wheels.
