If you see this problem, give their Customer Service line a call. I should receive the replacement part in about a week. They also offered to replace the passenger side, but I declined as that one is fine.

Thanks TonyNo - I have a very slight bow which I think is just how the mat lays - right now not a big deal but I'll keep an eye out for it.

For others considering Weathertech despite this issue if you call their 800# to order and say you're with AAA you get a 10% discount. Does not work on the internet order though you can call after the fact and they will adjust your order - say you didn't realize it.

Hey honest question:

Before you put it in the car, was it bowed?

No idea. I pulled it out of the box and dropped it into the car.

Thumbs up

I have some for my daily driver truck and fit great. An exact fit. They were about 100 bucks.
From what I see in this pics supplied, something looks off for some reason??

It could be a manufacturing defect.

I used to work at a plastic production plant. We made way larger stuff like sprayer tanks for farm implements and such, but the basics apply to smaller stuff too.

Plastic shrinks as it cools. If you leave the products inside their mold too long, and they cool down too much inside there, they can end up stretching because they are locked into the mold and have nowhere to go.

If that is what happened, your mat might actually be too long, and bending a bit where it hits the dead pedal?
