Both vendors cut it off now. Or you will be quickly shown the door out. Vendor bickoring and fighting is not allowed. Don't bring our forum down to your level.

Its interesting to read, but im afraid both of you might turn potential customers to the TVS2300 kits. Lets just see some numbers from both of you. And reliable horsepower too!

They did this on the teamshelby forums lol. Back and forth for multiple pages. It was great. I respect the passion that they both have for their products. Without the slightest doubt in their mind they believe that their product is better than the others, hands down.

I can respect this too. However, there is a line that can be crossed from what is intended to be passion, and what others interperate as bickering. Were it not interesting to learn some of the little details of these SCs, this thread may have been shut down a while ago. I hope the attitude turns more toward education than the defensive/offensive tones in some of the prior posts. I, for one, consider the way a business conducts themselves in addition to the product and service that they provide. I'll drive out of my way to go to a restaurant and pay too much for great service and a great attitude. I sincerely hope that the tone changes...

Flash, Bought another car, and pulled it, but he drove the hell out of it while it was on. His car had 100 thousand miles, and had been ridden HARD.. Completely stock 100K mile C6, with an A6 (that he burned up twice)

Torco is not a Non Pump Gas tune. It is an octane booster additive. most of the guys in that area run it as a precaution. But you dont ever tune FOR torco. If you dont want to run torco, just dont add it. The tune is the same (unless the tuner adds more timing, thus FORCING the customer to run it)

Although he doesnt currently have the kit on his car, he is still a great place for info. He beat the heck out of his car. He would be able to answer any questions you may have. Its just too bad he couldnt keep the tranny alive long enough to turn it up.
If memory serves, the original tune from TPE was on 100 octane, not even a Torco tune. Flash then took the car to CMS to have it retuned in Cali, which is where they figured it was tuned for 100, pulling all the timing, ait through the roof, etc. Sound familiar?

I agree 100%. I'm the same way; service, attitude, and just overall how they conduct themselves is a deal maker/breaker for me.

I may be dumb for posting this.

But I will pay a little more money to work with someone I can trust and who is willing to help me directly and not just put me in a que and get to me when they get to me...

I know businesses have to move product to make money but it says a lot when they take time to discuss ideas with you and so on... I'll be more willing to give them my money even if there is a better deal out there. Peace of mind is worth some $$ in my opinion.
