I am getting 22.9mpg. I've only had the car 2 days and it has <400miles (it was drove from baltimore to salisbury md). cant wait to see better numbers. my econobox that I traded was only getting 28mpg w/ 130hp 4 banger. needless to say, I am happy with my trade!

Our engine is in the 2009-present Holden commodore ve sv6. As found here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GM_High_Feature_engine I am talking to a AU company who designs intake manifolds if they have one out yet or are production coming up.

these guys? performancemanifolds.com.au? their claim seems a little bit hap hazard, but they have been dealing with this engine a bit longer than us acrossed the pond right?

Home of Australia’s fastest V6 Alloytec.

Hi Bill

Thanks for your inquiry about the revolutionary, Australian owned & made CPR6 intake manifold. Which fits any Holden Commodore 3.6 Alloytec.

We guarantee instant power increase & better fuel economy.

The manifold will add approximately 20rwhp to any engine, regardless of what modifications you already have. For example, if you already have an exhaust system fitted, you will still add another 20rwhp to the car by adding the CPR6.
A HP tune is not necessary but will increase the gains by an extra 10-15rwhp.

The CPR6 manifold comes with new gaskets and the longer bolts, required to fit it. It takes little more than an hour to fit and can be done by anyone with basic mechanical knowledge.

Because the process is so simple, you can easily swap back to the standard manifold if you ever sell your car, and put the CPR6 on your next Alloytec, so it's a solid investment in extra power.

From my understanding the Alloytec is the same as your models so if you can send me some under bonnet photo’s that will make it easy to fond which throttle body your car has.

For any queries at all please don't hesitate to give me a call on 0439 793 705.

Kind regards Two hours, four spanners, extra Horsepower.
Phil Corbet Bolt on & enjoy!

I sent them a picture of somebodys yellow lt1 open hood with the shroud pulled off, hopefully it's got enough clarity in the t/b that they are looking for to determine fitment. They have yet to give me a price, but I am worried it's going to be a shocker!!

Ok...so price of the intake manifold is 1900$.....now I'm assuming that is AU dollars??? Plus whatever freight would be. So for conversion price wise your looking at around $1713 dollars plus freight

Thanks for the link. I just now realized the 3.6 in the Camaro is an OHC and not OHV motor.
