Fidanza 7.6 is what I have and is one of the best clutches out there. It is a twin disc and retains stock feel with no chatter. The only other option I would consider is the ZR-1 clutch. My engine mods are way more extreme and the Fidanza will hold everything you throw at it and feel like stock without noise.

Just ordered mine today and will be dropping the car off to LPE in March to get it installed before the Camaro5 Fest.

THANKS FOR ALL THE INFO. What do you guys recomend for a flywheel, aluminum vs steel. The car is mainly street but may see the strip 10 times a year for as many passes as I can make.

If Monster Clutches makes one for the Camaro, I'll be going with them when the time comes.

I love the one in my GTO and the customer service was the best I've ever had.

I have no experiences with flywheels. That being said I would recommend a steel one. I base this statement on having seen what an aluminum rear sprocket looks like after it had come off my 1100cbr (crotch rocket). The teeth on the sprocket were shark finned and worn down to unsafe levels. A fly wheel happens to remind me of a sprocket and said fly wheel is part of a transfer chain of decent power. See my corolary?

Others may chime in and educate us both but my thought is use a steel fly wheel.

Cheers
K

I am taking my car next friday to Moster Clutches for them to use so I think they will have one out soon.

I'm putting a Monster in my car when we put it together. They come with a warranty & the pricing is pretty nice. You can checkout our site or give us a call for more info.

We also stock the ZR1 setup with flywheel in case you guys need that setup!

We use Ram Clutches. They have various options for intended applications and power levels and have both Single and Dual disks designed especially for the 5th Gen Camaro.
