WOW, Congrats.

I think i entered that contest also but i have never won anything in my life so im not that mad that i didn't win, but i am jealous.

And like it was stated, i really doubt GM would make a V6 bumblebee.

But I'd be asking for the VIN number so you can provide it to your insurance company, otherwise if they're asking for money up front, somethings fishy...

What loopholes, it is what it is. Don't be jealous just be thankful I found this forum so that all of you guys can come to NH when I get the car in January and take it for a ride.

I have been told GM is going to get in touch with the winners near the end of the year for some promo stuff. Maybe I will know more particulars then.

How can you get a VIN if they haven't built them yet?

I actually asked about these cars just recently... and was told that they were going to be painted the same color as Bumblebee, have the same stripes and were going to be 2SS cars, without the RS package (remember, BB doesn't have halos, and all of the appearance of BB can be made without the RS package, since he doesn't have RS specific wheels)... now that's not to say that they're going to be exactly like that, because they never know about that kind of stuff until they ACTUALLY paint and deliver a car, but that's what I was told.

so, basically, you're going to get a 2SS Camaro, with L99 and AFM, six speed auto, black leather interior, upgrades to include the Autobot logos and BB specific paint (which, in itself, is worth almost as much as the car).

That's true, I just didn't think you could get an proof of insurance certificate from your insurance company before you give them a VIN number

. I was thinking asking for the VIN number is one way he'd have to prove it wasn't some type of scam. But then I'm a cynic and a tad jealous

Don't forget the movie car had the same orange trim as the concept coupe, so Inferno Orange Accent package is probably also included (maybe sans the orange leather and SS logos in the headrests).

Thanks a lot for the info this seems to be the closest to what I have found with my searches and it sure is what I was hoping for. How much do you think this car is worth now and than after the second movie and what was your source of info.
