Sorry everyone, I just changed careers (sp) as of 07/06 and it has been an uphill climb until this past spring but things are going well now. Every chance I have had which are not many I would google Bumblebee sweepstakes winners just to try to convince myself of the reality of it all, nothing came up except info on the sweepstakes ending and what the prize was. Not enough info though, tried everything to get some info. I am not a computer person per say and just happened to find this site by a google. Thats it in a nutshell now we can all shoot the sh!t and chew the fat until January. It is obvious that all of you guys are really into the new Camaro, that is so cool because I will have the Bumblebee pretty soon and if you all want to take it for a spin than God bless come to NH for a weekend and the sky is the limit. I have plenty of room.

for what its worth, I believed you all along... lol

the "approximate retail value" of $40,000 is about dead on for what it would cost to build one from production price of the car... figure a 2SS with no RS package, then add about $8000 to put the paint on, and you get about $40k... but what its worth to a collector, that's a different story... depending on the person, you could get well over that... but finding someone who wants to pay that and can't build their own is going to be the trick if you try and sell it outright to someone.

if I were you, I'd pay the taxes on the car, start contacting local media and car dealerships, then pimp that baby out... you'd probably get a fee for every time you showed the car at an event and you know dealerships, once they find out you're a winner, are going to be more than eager to line you up for promos at their dealership to help promote and sell the new Camaro.

my source for information about the car that you are going to get is the Camaro development team that was at the Indy Bash this year... I was one of the members of this forum that was there... there are a ton of threads on Camaro5 that show me, as well as my wife and others, talking with the Camaro team, sitting in the IVER that was on sight, and just goofing off in general.
