V6 Dyno results collection
Folks:
I got curious about what other folks were getting on their dyno runs, what other folks saw as "stock", etc, so I read through the "V6 Dyno Results" thread and plopped it all down in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet, if you're curious, is here - > http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?k...2Wm40V2c&hl=en It's pretty vanilla right now, but I'll work on appearance next. I'm sure that I've missed some folks, or perhaps written down something incorrectly. Or,perhaps you don't want your information included in this spreadsheet. In any case, PM me with changes you'd like for your data and I'll make sure it gets updated. One thing I'd like to do if there's a call for it is to add a URL on the spreadsheet that points to the graphic link of the pull. All in all I hope that this becomes a resource for the community to see what others are getting based upon real-world experience, not just manufacturer's claims. HannoverFist |

My hat is off to all of you for "taking the plunge" into the mods for the V6 Camaro! I am the proud owner of a 2010 LT1 RS Package with manual transmission, inferno orange with black stripes. It is the most fun driving I have had in a LONG time!
I have paid close attention to what all has been done to various owner cars. I understand doing mods for different sound, looks and performance. I guess maybe I am too practical or just plain want my buck to go as far as it can when doing various mods. I have reserved myself to wait and see what is next. Seems to me the gains from exhaust whether axle or cat back, even some with headers, and CAI are not getting great results for the money spent. The gains I am seeing, unless tuned, are modest at best so I will wait. I also bought the entended warranty so want my car covered without questions if something goes wrong. Just my nickels worth and thank you all again for sharing in your Gen 5 Camaro experiences. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!
