Cat delete vs high-flow cat?

I was wondering if there is a considerable difference in sound between running test pipes (cat delete) or high-flow cats? All input is appreciated.

In sound yes, HP no. No cat's will be louder and have a crisper sound. If you delete the mufflers too it will be crazy loud and a little raspy. I run long-tubes, no cats, with a muffler. Perfect sound IMO.

Thanks for the info...and I know everyones opinion differs on this; but is it a CONSIDERABLE difference?

I'm leaning towards ARH headers with SLP loudmouth exhaust ( version 1...no mufflers)..want it loud and throaty..but not raspy (I figured cat's might influence somewhat)

Thanks again

go with the ARH headers w/o cats and a throaty sounding muffler to get what your looking for. i'm probably going long tubes with hi flo cats and the flowmaster cat-back. the flowmaster should help with the bad rasp these cars have with lt headers.

Be sure you can run without cats in your area to pass emissions.

I was thinking about that, high flow mufflers would help with "raspy"
