Thumbs up Finally,... Video Of My Camaro 2SS Muffler, Resonators, H-Pipe Delete & AirAid Intake

Hi Guys & Dolls.

Today was finally a nice enough day to install my AirAid Cold Air Intake System and I finally got around to taking a video of my 2SS LS3 Exhaust System with the Mufflers Deleted, Stock Resonators and H-Pipe Removed and Magnaflow X-Pipe Installed.

I Love the sound of it, I only wished that it didnt pop and crack as much as it does when you take your foot off of the gas.

What causes the Popping and Cracking when you take your foot off the gas anyway?

Here's the Video below:

Here are some pictures of my AirAid CAI that got installed today also.

Next on my list of things to get is either the SuperChips Flashpaq or the Cortex Tuner.

I found the Cortex 2950 Tuner for $329.00 and the Flashpaq 2865 for $309.00 Shipped so I'm thinking about getting the Cortex for the little bit of extra money.

If you know of a place that has it for less,... Please let me know ASAP...

Yes, do tell! It sounds great! How much did you spend to make the mods above?

I had mufflers deleted, X-pipe replacing the H-pipe, and all in all ended up just over $200 (X-Pipe was $83.xx).

Hi Guys,...

Thanks for the kind comments.

Here is the link for the Magnaflow Tru-X X-Pipe that I bought:
http://www.autoanything.com/exhausts...A2672A0A0.aspx

I ordered the 2.50" Size and I paid $75.40 for the X-Pipe and I paid $220 for them to remove the Mufflers, Resonators and Old H-Pipe and to install the New X-Pipe. While shopping around for the X-Pipe I left it in my Shopping cart for a few days and then AutoAnything sent me an email saying that if I bought it I could save an Extra %10 on my order plus Free Shipping so I bought it from them along with my AirAid CAI at the same time.

Far cheaper than ordering the Magnaflow Pro Comp Axleback system which is pretty much this same setup.

I was really surprised the day that I had the Exhaust done,... I thought that it was going to be a lot louder than what it actually is, The Exhaust sounds Amazing for such a Simply job and for how cheap it was to do.

The Popping is something I can get use to also, If you actually listen to your stock Exhaust on the 2SS it does the same thing but just not as loud so it doesnt it no matter what exhaust you have I think. I get comments on the exhaust all the time, It really does sound pretty Bad Ass.

If you get this setup I dont think you'll be disappointed at all.

Hope this helps.
Thanks again.
