I used 2 clips I receaved from a friend of mine I should have taken Pictures of them Sorry. However they are the same thing as the 4 clips you would remove from the old grill. You could probably use 2 of those and attach to the bowtie and grill. Then just follow the Bowtie install thread on this sight.

There are no seperate retainer clips that hold on the old grille in the bumper. It just pops in with molded plastic slots and tabs. I was just wondering what type of clip you used. See Pic:

There are 4 silver push lock pins at the bottom of the old grill that are removed. Use 2 of these pins to attach bowtie. I had 2 already I used not knowing they were there on the old grill.
