Cylinder misfirings

Anyone able to give some ideas to troubleshoot this?

OnStar diagnostics told me the misfire codes were generated from the cats o2 sensor readings. Understandable since i have long headers and high flow cats.

GM wont work on it obviously since "powertrain" has been modified.

I tuned it (trifecta) and it appears to run much better. During WOT though, I'll still get misfirings. If I ease up and drive like a grandmother, it will clear out and operate normally again.

Couple things in my head:

I need to still pull logs so Vince can tweak it... so potentially the O2 readings were increased / just not enough.

Intake vacuum ? Spark plugs ? I just find that disturbing to think it could be those with 6k miles. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I haven't read of anyone that has been able to tune LT's AND have the rear O2's work properly. Between the relocation and the wiring extensions everyone I have seen has had to have them disabled in the tune to not get an MIL or ON* issues....

I'm just wondering if I should start looking elsewhere too... compression test, vacuum test, etc

Are you saying you can feel the car missing? Or is it only the ON* saying it is misfiring? I would go back to who you used to tuned it and have them recheck the tune and then disable the rear O2 codes.

Can feel it. Rather... could feel it. Vince is a great guy. I pulled some logs, he found the issue and sent me a new tune. Flashed it before driving for lunch today and cleared it all up.

It was getting too much fuel actually and flooding the mixture.
