Who's got subs in their Camaro

So I do a lot of sub installation for my buddy's and I used to do it for a job, but I moved on. I am going to be putting subs into my camaro, and was just wondering if anyone else has put subs in their camaro yet?

How is the stock BA system? I know it can't compare to good aftermarket speakers, amps, and subs, but any input?

I added a 10" Thesis Sub in a closed fiberglass enclosure.
with a multi-channel Audison Amp Powering all speakers and added a Bit-1 Processor keeping the stock BA Speakers in rest of car.
The System now Sounds

I did a simple Rockford Fosgate Punch 300 and JL Audio 8" enclosed sub setup. Tapped directly into the harness coming into the stock BA amp with a speaker wire to RCA adapter, (WAY easy).

I think it improved the quality of the sound tremendously for under $500 bucks. It won't shake the car but does add the missing thump.

NO, the Rev limiter is not set to 118MPH... and YES, driving in this manner does affect MPG...

Pleigh....I'll be doing something simple like that, except I plan to use a 10" sub I already have. Nothing fancy for me, and I think it will complete the sound experience I want with this car. I'm happy with the highs and mids the stock BA system provides, just want more low and more thump.

They call the 6x9's in the rear deck "woofers". That's the closest thing we have.
I haven't pulled out the 6x9's to see what the drivers look like, but from the amp diagrams I've seen, they are bi-amped.

For the original thread, I have added an old school 10" eclipse alum cone sub in a .8 cubic foot sealed box, getting about 5-600w from an eclipse amp.

BTW, the adapter is a JL Audio XB-CLRAIC2-SW and allows you to tap directly into the harness coming into the BA Amp in the trunk:

It taps into "x3" I think in the following manner:

Wires From Adapter-------------Wires Going Into BA Amp

Black------------------------Dark Blue
Black w/ Stripe---------Tan
White-----------------------Brown w/ White Stripe
White w/ Black Stripe--------Brown

Remote turn on--------------White

Here's the link to the thread including the wiring diagram:
