im not really worried about it anymore. ive been dealing with gilchrist in tacoma. they are closer to me anyhow. i just wanted to let him know where not to go.

yea but if they dont know whats going on in their own dealerships & which sales personal is screwing them up then they dont know how to fix it & who to fire.

The dealership should call or survey all recent customers and ask for their opinion. Perhaps have them email the owner directly. Offer them a free oil change for completing the survey.

I had a painful Toyota experience and wont be buying from that Toyota dealership again either (service dept is reasonable though). I told a neighbor and they were surprised as they knew someone senior there. i.e. your mileage may vary.

Well I finally bought a Camaro. I got it at Curt Warner Chevrolet in Vancouver. No BS and no run around. Stress free car purchase. I tried to buy local at Bud Clary Chevrolet but there was to much BS and stress.
