If you look closely at the front wheels, they look like the "tuning fork" design that was reported to be on the Z/28 models. Check the image in this thread and compare: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18344

I just can't see that that thing being a Z28--It's got a beak! In all likelihood it's probably an aftermarket T/A body kit...but I would lose it if they brought back the Firebird. That would be Christmas morning.
I'm a Firebird guy in a Camaro's world.

I think it was Blur that said the side gills were missing, I see that too, but to me it looks like that body panel is a different shade of black
