Not to be disrespectful in any way, but sitting on your ass on these thin leather seats will cause it to stretch especially during long trips. After a ride I use a cold dump cloth to clean and cool it first and than apply the leather conditioner and works fine to it’s original look.

actually leather doesnt really shrink when it gets wet. when it gets wet it is more pliable and formable. as it dries it shrinks back up and becomes taught again. its just like human skin just thicker. think about when your in the shower or a pool for a little while, your fingers get all pruny then as they dry the skin becomes tight again!

your weight, or lack of it, is not the problem with loose bottom seat cushions. it's how you get in and especially out of the car. the camaro is probably more prone to this common problem since the seats are low on the floor and the roofline is so low; making a clean entry or exit difficult.

the secret to keeping the bunching of the bottom cushion to a minimum is NOT to slide into or out of the seat. you must lift your butt up and into the seat getting in and out of the car. if you are lazy or can't get the lardaxx up and off the bottom cushion, you will get bunching....
