I am close to pulling the trigger on this system. I am looking for feedback from those who have installed this on and L99 car with AFM still enabled. Is there drone with AFM enabled?

Good question about AFM,I am considering an axle back and have the same concern about drone.

Are you referring to part # 16580?

I can't speak for that set-up, but my set-up is similar to part # 16483 and I don't really hear any drone when the AFM kicks in. I had another member ride in my car and he said, "...you can't even hear the AFM..."

Yes I am thinking about the 16580. Is 16843 the street system?

The description they have is:

5 x 8 x 14in. Dual Mufflers, 3in. System, Competition Series, Dual 4in. Polished Tips, DUAL SPLIT REAR EXIT

The only sound/video clips I have are from my Crapberry...not the best quality...my dyno run video may not have the best sound either, but here it is:

If you are serious about magnaflow, go to the dealer forum for aftermarket parts and loo for JDP Motorsports (Jordan is the President) to PM you his best price. I just bought the 3 inch Comp sys (not installed yet), Airaid CAI, and hand-held Tuner from him...great customer service, always free shipping, to your door in <3 days, and a great, great price. Just be up front with him, if you have a better price tell him what it is and he will beat. Good luck
