Depends. I plan to have a custom piece made to attach to my MBRP cat back and long tube headers. the MBRP I have has a reducer from the 3" to the stock diameter. So if you get headers that allow you to connect to the stock exhaust location then you can do this. I wonder if MBRP would offer a non reduced pipe section to match the stainless steel used so those of us who want to use headers can just plug them right in. I know stainless works offers headers that tie in at the stock exhaust location.

There was a thread here too that shows using a MBRP exhaust with the front and mid x pipes of ARH and their headers to achieve this too.

If you are disabling the DOD for sure, then yes you can use the 6 speed system if you want...but if you are not 100% on the DOD shut off yet, go with the auto set up. The auto set up is a little quieter on the outside with the resonator x pipe set up vs the the 6 speed system...but very close.

As for the inside, you can cruise along and have a normal conversation without the exhaust being bothersome for sure...get on the throttle and you definately know that there is a aftermarket system on the car...nice deep note without being over the top.

I am almost postive that the gains made with this exhaust is from just the cat back exhaust and no other mods were done but I could be wrong. If you added a set of long tube headers then wrhp gains would be even more.
************ is absolutely correct, we test on completely stock vehicles.

I wish you guys made headers too. I'd love to have a complete MBRP exhaust system.
