I definitely dig Angeles Crest/Natl Forest on my bike or car. Beatiful ride. Same with Topanga Canyon, Ojai, etc. Always have the mountains during the summer too!

Their chili burgers worth DYIN over! Eat enough of them, and you will anyway! I always went to the one in Studio City tho...

Jon's on Spring Street in Long Beach makes a good burger--and it's close to Lakewood. If you're ever in Irvine, check out The Counter. Now THAT'S a burger!

Build your own gourmet burgers and a nice selection on tap--I love The Counter. In fact, it might make be a cool place to have a meet. I know a few of us are from OC.

The Santa Monica Mountains are always nice. The view at the top of Stunt Rd. is spectacular. You can see pretty much all of LA, the South Bay, PV, and Catalina on the south side and the whole valley on the other. Then you can continue your way on Mullholland to the Rockstore for food, cruise up to the overlook, and then make your way down to Malibu/PCH any number of ways (Latigo is my favorite).

Just make sure to keep it on your side of the double-yellow and watch out for motorcycles up there.

Thanks!... Maybe - it depends on when goes "under the knife". Right now I'm breaking her in. I'll be there though!

BTW- I'm working on something for you.
