Hey Scott Z28 Do you have anymore pictures of the red and black 92 Convertible? I'm almost positive that is my current car. I know the Camaro I have was used the day before the Chicago Autoshow by General Motors for the 25th Anniversary Celebration of the Camaro. When I bought the car in Atlanta it came with a picture from the event along with a newsletter from the Illinois Camaro Club. I would love anymore pictures you have of that car.

Here are a couple of the car now. Everything is still original except for the stereo and exhaust has been changed.

Here is the picture of the Illinois Camaro Club standing in front of GM's display Feb 9th 1992. That's my Z28 under the cake. I would KILL for one of the ashtrays sitting on the table up front.

How cool is that! Nice to see that the car is still in excellent condition. I'm sorry but that is the only picture I have of the car. Feel free to download the picture to your computer. If memory serves me right, I think I ran out of film because like I mentioned in a previous post I don't have a picture of the cool Camaro display. Thanks for posting your picture of the IL Camaro Club gathering with the display in the background. It looks just like I remembered it.

Hey Scott were you a member of the Illinios Camaro Club in 1992 and is anyone else on the forum a member? That would be kewl to talk to a member from back then.

No I wasn't a member back then. I was only 16 at the time and I was driving a 1975 MGB. Once my father got his new 1994 Z28 and I got my 1971 Z28 in 1996 I joined the Illinois Camaro Club for a couple of years but I am no longer a member.

Thanks for posting the pic of the 92 Z Scott. It was nice to be able to verify that my Camaro was at the Chicago Auto Show. I'll have to update my "showboard" now.
