Rhino ramps work fine with cars that have gfx. Bit then there isn't enough room to ge underneath the car because the side panels of the gfx are in the way! It is a huge pita.

My Race Ramps get here today!!!!! I got the 67" ones.

The difference between these and rhino ramps besides the price are:
-rhino ramps are only 10" wide so if your ramp wiggles you will have part of your tire hanging off.
-rhino ramps are only 6.5" tall giving you about 12" of lift once the car is on them. In my case my fat ass wont fit under there when on my creeper.

I purchased my Race Ramps from ogracing.com for $299. This is actually the cheapest for these given og ships orders over $100 for free. I chose the 67" ramps because the lift height is 10".

Cheers
K

The Rihno's don't work real well on smooth concrete even with the little rubber pad. Ask me how I know. :(

Hmmmm, I never had a problem with them. But yeah I can see where it would be an issue if they slid.

Discount Ramps (http://www.discountramps.com/low_profile_car_ramp.htm) as well as Amazon sell them - that's where I bought mine. They are great and I really like them! So light and don't touch anything on my GFX lowered Beast!

Yup, I read the Rhinos slipped, so I didn't get em. I've backed onto mine in my driveway on an decline - no issues!

I take my rhino ramps and tied a rope just under the front edge of the ramp and made it longer than my wheel base. I just stretch out the rope then drive up to the ramps, they cant slide because the back tires are on the rope. For almost $300 bucks I think I would just mount some rhino's to a 2x12 in whatever length I needed, then you would get the 2" extra lift and wouldnt have to mess with the rope like I do. I just didn't have a lumber yard handy at the time.

I use the Race Ramps because I have a lot of Corvette stuff to deal with. I have the two-piece 56" ramps, and they are a life saver. Camaros with ground effects have zero problem driving up on the ramps, they don't slide at ALL, and they are extremely light weight. They can support an obnoxious amount of load, too. They are worth the big price tag.

I had the same problem with Rhino ramps. A little scary when the ramps shoots out away the front wheels. As long as the wheels going onthe ramps are the drive wheels, there isn't a problem. I got the race ramps which are much better. But, I wish the race ramps had a longer area where the tire sits though...
