Thanks, the track wasn't there for a good 60'. It looked like i was racing down a dirt road I had one 1.91 60' but i was trying to slip the clutch more to make up for the traction issues and the pedal stuck halfway to the floor.

Ran new best Saturday. Still bone stock on stock tires. 12.8684@108.7 I backed it up with 12.90 @ 108.1.

The reason for trapping 110 mph on 8 of my first 10 passes was im running it out in 3rd gear and hitting the fuel shut off right at the E.T. box otherwise they would be even better yet. Whats funny is my 7th pass was when i got the record so i tried it one more time bone stock and had no luck bettering the E.T. So my last 2 passes where with my Vector motorsports tune on the car and i trapped 112.50 mph but had no luck hooking the car . I only had 2 passes with 1.9x 60 fts all day! So come to Camaro-fest and you can watch them first hand!

If your using Vector to take it back to stock, then it's not Bone Stock. Listen, your times are incredible even with Vector, so I'm not knocking you at all.

I'll definitely be at Camaro5Fest next month, so we can talk more then. IMO, SGMP is the best track in the country, so you should get some pretty good times there too. I ran a 11.5 @ 118 there last month and can't wait to get back.

So what your saying is that the stock file ive been running in my car that was copied and sent to Vector is somehow tainted and not as stock as it was from day one??? I put the tuned file on my car after i set the record to shoot for the fastest tuned only time.

That's cool, I'm not sure if it's me, but there is a lot of satisfaction to go to the track anf beat up trailered cars....I've done it more than a few times....it's great! Are you going to the fest?

Good runs. You have some mad driving skills.

The tune he has can be checked against a stock calibration to see if their are any changes. Reading it and installing a tune then flashing the stock cal back to me is still stock since the cal has not been changed.

sorry to disagree with you, but I've trapped 110 or
better on several runs. Yes, it's bone stock. Original filter, tires still at the same pressure as they came from the dealer. No tune, no race gas, nothing. A couple camaro 5 guys have seen me run those times and have looked the car over pretty good. I think you're under estimating a good break in and an even
better driver.

Yes, IMO, once the ECM has been touched, then it is no longer Bone Stock regardless of taking it back to a stock file.

Fair enough and I guess anything is possible, but still hard to believe. Do you have some time slips with over 110 trap, because I only saw you posted 109?

This is not correct.

Our software recognizes a modified or stock file as such. When you write your stock file to the ECM it is run through a checksum and CVN test. If even one parameter is changed the file will not write and it certainly won’t show in our write software as stock.

Yes, I was one on the first 10 to sign up!

Here's a couple of timeslips. The one with 111+ is not on the official list because of the redlight, but it's accounted for on the unofficial list. Some might say the 12.68 is not a valid run because of the redlight, but that has no bearing on the et or trap speed, so i'll take it, unofficially. We've still got some good air down here so we'll see what happens. We had great air last week, but PINKS was filming and the track was closed all week.
Oh, and the 12.80 with 109 was on a missed 3rd gear, so just imagine...
