I appreciate it and I really do like the TF Editions, I just wanted the Sunrise Gold, I fell in love with that color the moment I saw it in TF1.

I don't quite get it either. I'm not a big fan of all the badges and TF emblems that aren't present on the "real" Bumblebee. And that fact the 'Bee is a completely different color than TF edition Camaros.

I'm far more impressed by robertgss3's Camaro. Just wish I had the money to get mine done with that same paint job.

The appeal is because it's a limited production edition. Yes you can get the TF stuff and put it on yourself, but it's not the same as factory with window sticker.

I can understand that. I guess I just view it as the popularity and desireability of that version is tied to the popularity of Transformers which is a fad right now.

I agree completely. His car is something that in my opinion transcends the Transformers trend. You should see it in person it is absolutely jaw dropping. His paint absolutely SHINES! Which is exactly why I chose to use the same shop for my paint

I think his point for example is that some may like the custom badges and stripes you did on your car, and others may not. Its all good, different things appeal to different people.

Some fad, what's it been 30, 40 years?

The big draw for me is huge respect for Stan Lee, his work and what he's brought to the world with Marvel Comics. Seeing the comics "live" in movies that he's also part of is really an incredible thing. If you're not into that coupled with how the movie producers bring the characters to life on the big screen, then you'll never understand the appeal of the Transformers Edition.

We'd have bought Speed Racer's car if that was ever produced.
