FRONT LICENSE PLATE

I do not know if someone has posted this, but I found out if you have to have a frt plate you could turn the bracket upside down so that the word camaro stamped on the bracket is upside down and mount on bottom, This way it does not take away as much of that beautiful frt as mounting it in the middle, also I added a smoke cover to take away some of the brightness of the tag. Here are a few pics. I had a flip plate, but dam sometimes when I wash the car I forget to flip it back up and I have been stopped twice for that with just a warning.

I swear if I lived in a front plate state I'd have to move. What a monumental pita.

Sadly my state requires it and the dealer already put them on when I got to the lot... Already see the screws on them. *sigh* Oh well

I live in New York which requires both plates and I only have the plate on the back of my car, I pass cop cars all day and I never get stopped...if the dealer drilled holes into my bumper without asking me I would be pisseddd lol

Front plate is required here too. I have yet to put my front plate on because i am unsure of what to do but I also dont want the added attention of not having one. So I hope to settle on a mounting method soon.

If you have a bright color like mine and your state requires one you better put one on I guarantee you will be stopped. That's why I switched from a flip plate to the stock plate, I have been stopped twice and lucky to only get warnings.

... beyond the solution listed, above, there are a couple of vendors who have "no drill" bracket setups... BD Speed mounts from under the bumber... or check out the web page at **************** ... there a few alternatives out there (although nothing beats just plain not having one !! )
