I need to prove some guys over at the challenger forum who are blinded by the words mopar, that gm and ford have a better european market than chrysler.
Can someone find me some figures on sales of the big 3 in europe... i would greatly appreciate it. Oh and while on topic which of the big 3 do you think has the better european market?? discuss |

Here's Ford's for 2007...
http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2...10/074804.html And here's Chrysler's for 2007... Quote:
Basically, GM led both automakers in sales in Europe for 2007.

Ford's European offereings are pretty bada$$... and their Australian offerings are just plain nuts... compared to their North American products, Ford's Euro models are better in every way.

That's true^. I saw a review of the Falcon from austrailia and they offer
a twin turbo V6 or a 5.4 liter v8. Both put out around 400 hp I think. Crazy. Also, ass far as I know in the UK, the Mondeo was a hugely popular car a few years ago. Still is to a degree. The european market seems to like smaller cars. As such, most chryslers are a tough sell. The ones based on Mitsubishis might be a different story. |

Last time I checked, GM was the sales leader in every market except Japan where imports (to them) account for ~4%.
