The halos and aggression!

I have noticed when out cruising that when it gets near dusk and I turn on the Halos other drivers seem to be more aggressive towards my car and me. This has happened three or four times now. Maybe I am just over sensitive to it. But I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this?
I can describe several incidents of this happening over the past few weeks.

So, you turn on JUST the halos at dusk? Just curious why you do that instead of letting the car automatically turn on the lights (which includes the halos).

Since I don't touch the lights (except when raining and they don't go on) I can't answer the question.

Thanks

I can't put my halos on because I think I will get stopped by the police. I am sure if I put my halo's on the other cars and drivers will retreat the other way.

Yeah I have been doing just cause I like the way it looks. I am not a big fan of the daytime running lights.

That's cool! I'd be forgetting their on all the time and have the buzzer constantly reminding me That's why I replaced the DRLs with AAC's LED DRLs - much better looking. I do like the look of the halos though!

I agree, people here in Ontario seem to really dislike the halo lights, maybe because there aren't very many cars with them. They certainly do grab peoples attn.

That looks downright evil but in a very good way!

I usually turn mine on almost every time I leave the house, just like the looks over the DRL's.

I either turn the DLs off or just run the Halo's. The car just simply looks mean with the Halo's on and it draws even more attention (if thats possible) to the car.

Ok so maybe aggression was not the right word. Maybe attention is more of what we see? Just seems like I get more "challenges" from when they are on.
