Thanks, Becky. I really appreciate you looking into this. As I've heard I understand that "it happens." However, I am a customer, and as such, I should be treated like gold (in my opinion, all customers should be).

Therefore, there was no reason to delay MY order--or really anybody elses. I will call GM today if I can and report back! We're all shareholders of this company too! Never accept anything less than excellence if you're paying for it!

Maybe your dealer could run an event history for you and that might give you
some backup info. Otherwise, let us know what you find out.
