+1 I would prefer the polished wheels for the RS over the painted.

+1 for polished.

Cheryl did say that they were a possibility in the future...maybe they'll be available when I get around to ordering.

Don't hate me for what I am about to say but I for one, do not want the 20 inch polished wheels to be offered on the 6 banger cars. We SS owners want wheels that are exclusive to us. The wheels that came on our 4th gen SS cars were not available to 6 cylinder or Z/28 cars. Should have the same deal here. RS buyers can always buy them over the counter anyways.

I also like the fact that gauges and leather have some sense of exclusivity.

The camaro was made to look good with big wheels, they even said that at indy. This is a 5th gen not a 4th gen, no need to bring up past features.

Incase you didnt know, this thread is about getting polished wheels on the RS package for V6 and V8, unless you have something to say about that, then quit posting in here.

This isnt a "we want your opinion on how to differentiate a V6 from a V8" thread.

Thank you and have a nice day.

If you have a problem discuss it through a PM with me, but i would like GM to see this thread and help out those of us that want polished wheels.

I think they should get everyone's views on this. If you want to control opinion, you should post over at camaroz28.com.

I don't understand why my opinion is so touchy with you. Is it because Cheryl might read it and say "mmm, Hylton has a valid point here". Is this whole thread really necessary since you can buy the wheels
and tires at GMPP and get full credit for what your car came with anyways.

I vote polished 20's for the RS regardless if it is an LT or SS. There are already enough differences between the two we don't need wheels to set them apart.

Schweet. I want polished wheels on my 2SS/RS also and said to myself "WTF?!" when I read that you couldn't order one and not the other. IMHO, polished wheels just look classier, as do the halos (a "gotta have" for me).
