Blue, sounds like you're having a great trip. Looks like you witnessed an awesome dyno. You better not look too close at Paul's car or you might not be able to stop adding mods.

Thanks 2010 - I can't wait to see it on the car again I'm even more excited to see what the shifter, clutch & sway bars feel like on the car.

I think your car would look good with an IOM "Lingenfelter".

My Lingenfelter Visit

Thanks Ryan/Kevin/Tim/Graham/Rob/Brent, really appreciate the tour & hospitality from all of you.
Paul - really nice meeting you and what an incredible ride you have.... brings a whole new meaning to the automatic Camaro W O W! Don't forget to see the doctor for your Lingenfelter addiction - you've got it bad!
Had an incredible visit to LPE! Can't say enough about facility - had no idea the level of equipment there. Even the police were nice! Got pulled over taking the late night shot of LPE, since I made a last minute left while under the red turn light (couldn't read street sign till in intersection). Cop let me off pretty quickly with explaination - had long conversation about John Lingenfelter and history of the place. By the time I left, I noticed 5 cop cars had accumulated. Talked to them a bit - went back to hotel, then had the bright idea of having them line up in front of LPE for a picture and title it "here to protect and serve LPE".... sadly they had left. :( LPE visit is a MUST DO for anyone doing there packages - really brings your decision full circle.
Took a 30 minute drive in my LPE Camaro

..... These little guys explain everything!

I'll post one of the non-final dyno's when I get a chance - should have car next weekend!!!!!!!!!!

Blue,
Glad you had a nice visit. LPe sight is a Great place to visit.. I think all of the chatty people on this thread have been there. Paul lives there...

Good thing you didn't have to 'donate' to the local police association... That would have sucked.

Nice nighttime picture BTW... I think that might make a nice Christmas card for the friends that know what LPE is about...

Well the DR's have shipped, CCW has them on the way! I guess once they arrive and I bolt those bad boys up the only thing left to fix is the driver. I hope to hit the strip for a little practice this next weekend. Man I want those 11's so bad....now I just have to learn how to drive on a track, it's a lot slicker than the street. I guess I just have a lot to learn, good thing is I love it!

Nice ! ......jealous of you guys and the wheels! I'm holding off on wheels for now and putting efforts towards finishing the suspension/paint/lighting. Camaro5fest will be hard on me.

It's harder to hook up at the track than you think it would be. I thought I could jump in and hit low 12's or 11's but it really takes an exact launch to control the wheel spin. I can't wait to make some runs on DR's as well. It is fun as hell though!!

As soon as you start thinking about getting new wheels, it's just a matter of time.

Dyno videos

Here's 2 dyno videos. Had to leave before LPE finished, so won't be there to record the final dyno. I Included both since one video has some that the other doesn't. 2nd video Kevin reads off 577 RWHP and 545 RWTQ! I still can't say enough about the test drive..... to bad Indiana doesn't have the 75 MPH roads like Colorado! Thanks again Lingenfelter staff - a trip to remember!

Blue - looks and sounds GREAT! Thanks for posting the dyno vids. Congrats man, those are some great numbers so far! Really glad you took the trip to LPE to see the dyno, isn't that a GREAT experience? I am so glad I did that and that I got to drive my car at that close to sea level and feel what this 650 is all about. Very impressive. LPE is just a great company that is unbelievably accommodating to their customers. I'm proud to be part of the brotherhood, as I'm sure you are now too!
