Went to the dealer today to sign most of the paperwork so that I don't have to go thru the hassles of that on the day that I actually pick up the car. The latest printout that he showed me had my actual build date of 3/17, and the expected delivery of 3/31. This is faster than I expected because they were originally telling me 14 days. At the same time, they said that shipping has recently been beating the estimates, and so the car may be coming in before 3/31!

Getting a weird error on camarotracking this morning. Here's what it's telling me:

Status: Available to ship from Osh
Shipped by Railroad Notes: None

Note the 1969 date! I should have received my Camaro *years* ago!!!

Can someone tell me how to track the rail shipment of my car?

I have a rail tracking number but don't know what to do with it.

I Called CSX and tracked my car by their automated system and it said that my car left Gilman, IL this morning at 8:00 am, it did not have an ETA. I was told by my Dealership that it would be delivered to Marion, AR by rail and then trucked to Bartlett, TN and that I should have it by next Tuesday!

Union Pacific automated tracking says my car is at the railyard in Spring, Tx...kind off funny cuz im closer to the yard then to the dealer. Car will b at dealer tomorrow..YAAYYYYY

I was concerned about the plant closing and having strips would delay my Camaro. I asked the question about delays at Camaro Tracking and just read the response. They gave me a car number! It is just leaving London, Ontario this AM. So, cars are being striped and shipped.

Mine is stuck in Buffalo, got there Sunday night 11PM, as of yesterday it was due in NJ on Wednesday 11AM. Called today and it is now due in NJ Friday 11AM. Thought I would have it for the weekend but it doesn't look like that is happening.
