How Much Power Do the GM Performance Parts Add?

I just picked up my Camaro about three weeks ago. I am going to eventually get the GM performance parts exhaust and cold air intake. How much power would that add? If anybody knows. A good ball park would be fine. Also, if at all possible I would like to get one of those signed pictures by the guys at the plant. If that is even still possible. I love my car. This is my first stick so I am getting used to it! I posted pictures of her in the happy owners/delivered thread. Thanks in advance. Camaro5 rules!

The GMPP Exhaust is just an axle back and adds 0hp/0trq. Axle backs never had any performance gains, they are strictly for sound only. The GMPP exhaust also costs twice as much as a good name brand axle back.

The GMPP Intake has been discard by GM since it too did not have any gains and is currently being redesigned. It can not be purchased right now.

You can't get those customized signed pics. There was only 100 made to commemorate the revival of the Camaro. All was customized to that car and it's vin. The cars that received them was randomly chosen by someone at GM and there will be no more made or given out.

That was a letdown. Thats ok though its good to know all this before you run out there and buy the stuff. I look forward to the revised intake! Makes you wonder why they released it in the first place. As far as the poster goes I knew it was a long shot anyway. Still doesn't change the fact that my car is bad ass. Thanks for the info.

I have the GMPP axle back exhaust, and it does sound better than stock, though knowing what I know now, I would just do a muffler delete... Little bit louder, and cost less, though I am not complaining as I got my axle back for less than three hundred installed...

I was going to get the GMPP intake, but decided to go with the Roto-Fab instead....Better looks than what GM displayed, though it never was released...I'm still waiting for the Blace spoiler, which should be available the first of June.... They announced a preliminary MSRP which is a bit steep, but I'll still buy it, like the look etc... Good Luck with your Camaro...
