I want to make it but is going to be 28 degrees at 9:30 AM tomorrow here in Ct. My SS's summer tires don't like cold weather even when it's dry. I'll see how I feel in the AM- Sure would like a road trip.

not that bad.. I drove my SS tires thru the snow.. cold weather no problem..

I took mine out when I could this winter when the roads were dry @ 30-35 degrees. My SS is a different animal in cold weather. Stiff harsh ride and I got the rear end loose a couple of times. Summer tires don't like cold weather in my opinion.
I'm going to try to go as the trip is mostly on I-84 here in Ct and traffic will be light. I had it out today @ 40 and it was fine.

what mod u have done?

yea it is easier to get her loose in the cold but if u easy on the gas and stay in higher gears dont see a problem..
Ive kick my ass out on some turns in cold weather just got a lil too frisky with it
Mine is my one and only daily driver and I got her in dec and first drive was in the snow..
now in the snow these tires kind of suck.. u have to be easy with the gas big time..
Day I got the car home from the dealership.. 2 and half hour drive thru the snow from paramus, NJ to fishkill, NY..

Make sure to take plenty of photos and post them as soon as you are able...hope you don't freeze too much there...at least you can go inside to eat and keep warm...

Ditto on the photos. Can't wait to see shots and find out how many showed up. I ended up a little under the weather AM today- Sorry I missed it.

nahh it wasn't bad at all. the sun was beaming warm and with a jacket on i wasnt cold. there were 18 cars if i counted right; 16 were 5th gen and two older. the food at Holy Smoke was abundant and amazing. it was very nice to set us up with that group table and service was good. thanks again, i had a great time.

i only took a few pics with my phone. i know some other people have other shots too.

It was a little chilly, but the sun was shining and the cars, people and food were great!

I didn't get a chance to formally meet everyone there, so hopefully there will be another meet I can get to sometime in the near future.

My daughter took a bunch of pics, so I'll be sure to get them off her camera later.
