I would have thought that an order for the top level trim and engine without the RS option would raise a flag. There can't be many ordered like that.

Anyway, they admitted it's their mistake and offered 4 solutions. 1. refund deposit. 2. re-order(they have allotment) 3. accept the vehicle with a discount. 4. try to locate a similar package nearby.

We decided to re-order. I asked for, and received, a further price break on the new one as compensation. So, now it's the waiting game again.

All this to say that we won't be able to come along for the ride on the 10th. Hopefully there is something similar in May or June and we can hook up with you guys then.

If anyone is looking for a 2SS CGM/IOM nonRS 5M with polished wheels, there is one at Bill Osborne Chevrolet in Kemptville. They also have a RJT 1ss automatic and a yellow V6.

that's terrible ..the salesguy should be fired ...he did not do his job...I.ve delt with so many twits like that that I gave up on getting one. I then went to gm site and checked to see if any dealers had one. My timing was miraculous.

Maybe u can reverse your luck as I did on june 19 last year. I took the day off because I was taking care of my mom. I called a dealer and he told me to check their gm site.
My baby had just rolled in 30 minutes befor my call!!It was exacly the fully loaded 2ssrs I would have ordered but did not want to wait 6 months and be disappointed . As the sales guy was telling me the details...I began to shake and rattle and roll in extasy. Mom told me you better get it!!! And I did!I bought it over the phone on June 19 a friday at 2PM
It had just arrived but was 150 km away and they were closed on the weekend. Had to wait 48 longgggghours I picked her up at 2pm on June 22 and was in heaven...as my mom is now since last saturday. Her name was dorothy and she should not have gone that soon...hence my camaro is named ...angry dorothy... especially at 4500 RPM in first gear for the first 10seconds before going into second!!

I think there are .... were 11 camaros at a dealer in Quebec last week.... call Royal Auto in LaSalle

No conflicts of interest, what they do is locate one thats the same as you ordered/want, and then they do a "dealer trade" for that camaro.
