Your still 1100 status and unfortunately there is no way for me to know if your dealer is lying to you. There is no such thing as a "stalemate". Your dealer controls everything, and if they don't have the allocation or have too many sold orders ahead of you, you are going no where. I suggest you have a chat with them.
