priority numbers

Hello, This is my first post on this site. I am the Inventory Manager so I order the vehicles. The first confusion I see is with priority numbers. 1 indicates a sold order. All other numbers are used for dealer reference only. If for example there is a constraint on equipment and I don't have an allocation for the constraint i might put 1 order in as priority 2 with the constraint, and another as 3 hoping somobody passes or dosn't realize they had 1 to order. Also even if a dealer has 10 allocations and sell them all, not everybody will be getting theirs in April. If anybody has any questions I would be happy to try to answer them. By the way I have 28 allocations and will sell them at MSRP.

Where are yall seeing this 'priority number' at? I have my order number, w/ the 6 digit numbers/letters, but I don't see anything on my order sheet that says 'priority #' anything....

I know I was first to order though....so where on my sheet am I missing this?

Thanks in advance....

Did you get the GM OrderWorkbench sheets? If so, look in section 4 on the first page and on the right hand side you should see:

Division
Order type
Model

MSRP
GMS
Supplier

Priority: 1

Congrats on your #1 order........felt good didn't it?

Be sure to bring it down to the Memorial Day show next year if you have it.

Yeah. Mine does not have the priority number on it either. It is missing. I plan on calling my dealer and finding out all the ins and outs about my order on Monday.

Mine has all the above that you posted, EXCEPT Priority 1

I know I was first to order though....does that mean something sneaky is up w/ my order? Do I need to call my dealer about this, or not?

We will see about the Memorial Show
