Hi Becky--
My order, NVJCX6, was placed with GM on Feb. 26, 2010, and accepted at status 1100. As of today, I am still at 1100. The dealer insists that he has the allocations, but that the order is not being pulled by GM. This is starting to get very frustrating and STRESSFUL!

I have called Chevrolet Customer Service twice. They were of no help whatsoever, and told me to discuss it with the dealer. Seems neither one knows what's going on and each blames the other.

Would contacting the regional rep for Wisconsin (which the dealer claims he has already done) help me at all? If so, what is his phone number?

I have been following your form since I ordered the car, and have noticed that there are some orders submitted AFTER mine that have received their cars already. I haven't noticed any that have remained at 1100 this long!

If the order status is at 1100, does that guarantee me that EVENTUALLY it will be pulled and scheduled for production--or is there a chance that I could lose it?

Also, what is the cut-off date for ordering a 2010 Camaro? I am in desperate need of your suggestions. Should I just remain patient with the dealer--or should I re-order with another?

Your problem rest solely with your dealer. If they have allocation available, they either have alot of sold orders ahead of you, or they are not being truthful with you. The only way this order will move it by having the dealer place it against his allocation. I suggest you have a heart to heart with them. Sold orders were cutoff today, but that doesn't mean there isn't one like you want available elsewhere. I wish you luck and let us know how it goes.
