I have been driving around with 2" ARH headers and HF cats for over 2000 miles now... no tune and no CEL yet.

What if passing emissions isn't a factor? After adding headers and highflow cats will the ecu detect the engine is running leaner or richer because of the highflow cat o2 sensor or what?
Not worried about emissions just how my car will be running after I add a set of LTs with highflow cats.

I'm running Pacesetter LT's and High flow cats with no codes. Been almost 250 miles now.
I didn't need sensor extentions or anything.

I'm running the ARH full system and my light just came on after 500 miles. I have not ran the codes yet but I'm expecting it to be the P0420 and P0430...

The feedback I've been getting from people with LT's and HF cats is that it's taking anywhere from 250-500 miles for the lights to come on. Never know though because I'm in the same boat, I really want to do LT's but don't want to risk the tune because I can't pay to play if anything breaks!

Sucks we can't do simple bolt ons and get it tuned so it is SAFE without voiding the warranty...but I get it..TOONers can ruin anything.
Anyone know if the O2 codes are set and the ECM reset if they leave a trace?
Maybe I should just contace my dealer, they seem performance oriented...maybe they have a tuner they will stand behind. I know they do SC packages and they maintan the warranty.
To be honest I'm not concerned about a voided warranty for myself...but if I ever decide to sell the car(you never know waht the future holds..Z?? lol)

I was thinking the same thing. Going through the dealer and seeing from them what they may be able to work with me on and possibly even safely get my car tuned after doing LT's just so I don't throw a code. As you said they do install S/C there and retain factory warranty and I know they have to tune for the S/C so what could be different on the LT's and getting tuned yah know?
