those american racing assault wheels would look sick on my hummer. i want to put 20's on it with 33" tires. for the wheels for the camaro just go to www.hrewheels.com and the style is the 948r. i want 22 in the rear and 21 in the front. in black with a polished lip and a red pin stripe around the rim. can you get me a price?

Do any of you think we will see 21's to match the 20 polished? Would be nice to have the 20" polished on the front and 21's on the rear giving it a closer look to the concept.

the stock 20's? i dont doubt it. i have found 20 iroc wheels before. im sure someone will make them. ive also seen a comapny that does alot of factory knock offs in large sizes. like c5 z06 in many sizes and c6 z06. im sure it will be out there.

If GM really thinks that I'm going to fork out $4860 for some chrome 21" rims ( Pic #1 ) and tires... They're NUTS!

I've considered purchasing the 20" Polished wheels, but not sure if paying $460 is worth it? ( Pic #2 )

To me, I'm figuring that it's better to buy some high quality aftermarket rims such as ( Pic #3 - 20" Chrome .. use factory tires ) for about $600 - $800 to achieve the look I want while still keeping the original Midnight Silver ( Pic #4 ) rims in prestige condition.

What does everyone else think?

I just don't see how those could be painted midnight silver metallic. They look like dirty polished rims. Those can't, just CAN NOT be the rims....ya know? At least, I'm hoping there is something about them. I'm really ready to see a true picture in high res of them

I just cant wait to see how bad curb rash is going to be on these rims. With the flat looking rim itll be a disaster.

I still don't think the 4860 will be the amount you really pay. I think this would be the price that it would cost you if the base price didn't include wheels/tires. As the base for the SS for example includes 20" wheels and tires, I'm sure that you could get a pretty significant dealer credit for unused 20s. As such, I believe you would only pay the difference (maybe $1000)

Where are these pictures from? There's not much difference between the silver and midnight wheels from these pics. I wonder how accurate this is. I'd really like to see some quality, higher res photos of the actual wheels (we might have to wait until the SS/RS debuts at an autoshow).

Anyways, thanks for these images!

They are direct from Chevy........kinda. They are on the chevylaunch.com website and they are supposed to be shown to people who have questions while ordering or inquiring at the dealer.

Darn. I was hoping the Midnight Silver would be darker and more matte, like I have seen on the Z06 (Competition Gray it is called).
