New Guy
I just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself.
I am a long time performance car enthusiast and really like the new Camaro. My first performance car was a 1967 Camaro SS 350 four speed that I purchased new many years ago. I currently have an '09 Pontiac G8 GXP which is just a great car. The Camaro looks like a nice car and I am interested in learning a lot more about it. Looking forward to a lot more reading on the subject. |

Thanks! I find that these forums are a wealth of information and help. I spent many hours on several before buying my C6 and my GXP. Only have the GXP now.
Only thing folks must realize about enthusiast forums is that we are pretty critical about our cars and tend to post a lot of complaints. Also, forum members are just a small percentage of total owners. If I had gone strictly by what I saw on the Corvette forum I would have never got the C6, and it was a great car. Anyway, I realize that forums are great, but one has to filter out some stuff and learn from the rest. If I do get a Camaro it will probably be this fall, so I have a lot of time to study, so plan on hanging around. |

FB3, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's and wive's here don't care....and take it easy.
 oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!
