Why no option for a moonroof?

Sunroof looks strange IMO, like it went out of style about 6 years ago. Seems to just detroy the smooth flow of some nice body and roof lines. Thought almost all vehicles come with a moonroof now? Moonroof would definitely solve the issue..... maybe their saving that for the Z28

holy shiiiiiiz! this car looks freakin amazing!

hmm.. at this point i'm not sure about the whole sunroof thing
it's not that i don't like it, because i really do. it adds a little MORE
of a sporty look to the car, but i think the roof ditch on the RS
looks killer. ahaha, so i'm pretty sure i'll be going with the SS/RS
without the sunroof

and i'm definitely loving the red. but i still don't know whether i
should get an inferno orange with the orange LED strip on the
inside or just get a victory red one

with 300 hp 4 bangers that sound like a fart....they do not have the good o'ld v-8 muscle sound. Most of these cars will be at cruise speeds, god help they put a after market pipe on it.''it will sound like a plup wood truck.

What did I miss? this was a certain previously-unforeseen option with a color (pictures)

If you like it- order it.

If you don't, well...don't.

Right?

Do you want that option? let them know.

It might help schedule production planning.

We participate, they listen.

Period.

HAHAHAH All you people whining about the sunroof would be whining about it no matter what. Regardless if it opened to the inside because then it would take up too much headroom. If it was the panoramic one from the G6 because it would weaken the unibody too much or it was too expensive. If you dont like it dont order it. The fact is that probably 75% of sunroofs open that way.

I love the victory red RS. Its beautiful. Anybody notice in the interior shot that the car doesnt have floor mats but it does have a built in rubber area on the carpet? Weird.

Regardless of the horsepower, a V6 will always be missing 2 cylinders and therefore cannot have that agressive sound. Ever hear what a Buick Grand National sounds like?

They are trying to give the consumer a fast car that's economical which is right for the times IMO. If this car is to be successful, they must sell a lot of V6's. We are all enthusiasts and therefore tend to lean towards the performance models. Having said this, there are only so many of us and the majority of sales will come from people who have never owned a Camaro before.

Is that the gray or black interior shown? I'm thinking it's the gray.

I have a silly question. Is the new Camaro all steel, or are there some plastic panels like most pieces of the 4th gens?

Am I being selfish here ordering a manual SS when my wife wouldn't be able to drive it because she only knows how to drive automatics? I've offered to teach her but she refuses. So to make my wife happy I would have to pick an automatic and to me getting the SS automatic is a waste, so I would probably just get the V6 automatic fully loaded for the same price as I can get the 1SS. So it is either the 1SS or 2LT/RS??? What should I do? I would not be unhappy with the V6 since I like the look better, however I know I will miss the power of the V8 and the fun of a stick. I'm torn as to what to do here...
My opinion: Get the 2LT/RS. Keep the missus happy. You'll have her longer than you will have the car.

Your windows should be closed above 160 Kph, or 100 Mph.

I think the sunroof on the Vic Red looks good. Just like most of the other sunroofs out there.

You won't be sad when you get the extra head room this will offer vs the in roof style.

Not true -- there is a GM video of a guy driving the car and there is an excellent exhaust note! Very aggressive. Is it the V8? Nope -- but still sounds great, uses less amount and less expensive fuel. Worth it to me!
