CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I AM SPENDING ON MY CAR

i've read the posts where some of you guys have spent upwards of $15,000 on your cars.i was wondering what i have spent on mine,i knew it couldn't be much.i got to adding it up and turns out ,i have bought over $1,700 worth of goodies.thing is,i haven't spent a nickel on performance parts.it has just been for stickers, emblems, floor mats, spare tire and things like that.it is amazing how you start to purchase things you like and before you know it,you start to get addicted.was just wondering if anyone else is like me,buying things you really don't need, but just can't live without,to pamper your new cars.

Most of the money I've spent has gone towards the performance end but I've spent quite a bit on cosmetic stuff too.
Clear Bra, Mats, Badges, Bow-ties, tinted windows and audio upgrade = $2,600

Eibach springs, sways, exhaust, CAI, custom tune, rotors, pads, braided lines = $4,300 (includes labor for installs)

Oh and a deposit on my wheel order = $800 (balance of $2,400 to be paid when the wheels are ready)

I enjoy the mods, and as much as I'd like to have the money to do it all at once, I like looking forward to the "next mod".

The wheels alone are a huge chunk. I remember when you bought them and posted how much they were.

When I balance the checkbookafter a Camaro related purchase, I write "The other woman" in the register. That get's the mrs chuckling.

However, every dollar I spend on the car, she gets to spend a dollar and a half on her things.....

Retail wise the rims are a 4th of what the interior in my car would run.. You could almost by an LS for just that one mod...
