Mother F*-ers!!!

It's official. I'm DONE with Jerry Seiner. I'm an idiot for giving them another chance!

Following the oil change today, I washed the car. I had the hood up and was wiping the engine down, when I discovered a fine misting and pools of oil through out the engine area, on the belts... everywhere. Are you F-ing kidding me?!?! How do you un - F that?

By the way, when I say I'm DONE, I mean after I return there tomorrow for a "discussion" that may or may not make the nightly news.

I'm just trying to decide what to wear to the event....

Oh Geeez, sorry to hear that. I would think a complete detail is in order to make that right.

Studs, chains and black leather?

Ummmm.. I drove my car today!
It is filthy from the previous dust then rain,

But still lovin every minute of it!
At least I have an excuse. Been working a lot over the past week. My schedule kinda goes like this.
Get up at 3:20 PM wake up drink coffee and make lunch.
Leave for parking lot at 4:50pm.
Arrive at work around 6:00pm.
Leave from work at about 6:20-6:30 AM depending how the night went.
Get back home around 7:30 –7:45 AM
In bed as soon as possible, get up at 3:20 and do it all over again.
Only 2 more weeks of this schedule.
Just don’t have a lot of time to get on and post. Sorry that you all miss my colorful humor. LOL

This is one of the reasons why I stopped letting the local lube shop change my oil!

Did they leave the filler cap off?
I would get them to clean it up then call the district rep.

My husband and I looked through it again. His first thought was the cap was off. There doesn't appear to be any spray on the hood though. I have no idea.

I plan to get an answer to the question: "So, your tech screws up, you let the car go, and you just assume that the customer won't notice? You play the odds game every time and hope that only 20% discover your stupidity?"

I've got another nightmare story about Jerry Seiner service from some years ago. Not suitable for online. I had thebrainhart do my oil change at his place of employment in West Bountiful. I bought from Jerry Seiner because of the salesguy. But, I don't really wanna take my car there for service.

The track would be a great way to break it in

I got what I wanted. They will pay for a professional serve of my choice to clean the engine. I loved the first thing that was said to me, "What can we do to fix this?" I said, "You are not f-ing touching this car again."

For entertainment purposes:

I asked is that the standard here? Do you just slam the hood and hope no one will notice? Or, did you assume I was a dumb blonde? Either way, it's not looking good for you.

When they referred to the tech that did the oil change, I required them to refer to him as "The Punk" They said they asked "The Punk" and he "...doesn't remember..." I said if that is the case, then he is either a liar or he's smoking dope. I'd be happy to refer them to one of several nearby drug testing facilities. Would they like it to be an "observed test?"

My parting words were "If you beg a customer to come back so that you can 'make it right,' I would suggest that you pay extra attention to the service that you are providing. You should have a heightened sense of awareness to what you have promised. I would have expected, given your apologies and pleading, that some attention to detail would have been given.... But... obviously I was wrong.

I'm going to SSOOCH's guys. Game over for Jerry Seiner Service Department.
