Just got the call from my dealer, my car is in and I can pick it up tomorrow afternoon.

Picked up my car last Friday and all I can say is "holy crap", what a machine.. couple pics...

So I left a message for my sales guy on Friday, and he never called back. Saturday comes & goes, as does Sunday (and I know he works both days). So this morning when I got into work I had typical Monday morning craziness and just as it settles down I see 4 emails pop up from a Blackberry email address.

So this is 10:45AM so I call him and sure enough he was waiting for the phone to ring. I scrambled to get my work done, ran to the bank for a bank check, then literally ran to Penn Station to catch a train. Pulled out of the lot around 5:30 after talking to the OnStar folks. What an amazing car. I'm taking it easy for at least the first 500 miles, so I can't speak of performance yet. Still learning what all these buttons do hehe but I gotta say I love every part of this car. It's extremely well thought out. Hooked up my iPhone to it and I was very impressed with the Boston system once I faded 8 to the rear so the sub kicked in a bit better. Can't wait to get the stripes painted on and post more pics but I'm on Cloud 5 right now

She's here! Called the automated UP line and found that my car was dropped off at the "industry" at 7:09 on Sunday night. Figured that meant my car would be at the dealership on Thursday or Friday (200 miles away from the rail distribution center)??? Monday evening I got a call that the car has arrived (less than 24 hours after being bayed at the "industry")!!!!!! Still has some work to be done (PDIM install, remote start, window tint) but my sales guy asked if I wanted to come down and take some quick pics before it got dark. Looks like it's going to be a great weekend. Just hope the rain holds off.

Well I finally got the "in transit from rail yard" email from Camarotracking. It's dated for yesterday. Hoping for a call today!!

Yea! Me, too. My CamaroTracking email came today with "in transit from Osh" with date 4/19. I guess that means it's been on the road since Monday!! I've asked my dealer if he can track the rail car number. I couldn't figure out how to do it myself.
I claimed my vehicle at http://camaro.spasticsquirrel.com and printed out a copy of the window sticker!!!

Mine has been sitting in the rail yard since Saturday. Still hasn't left for the dealer.

Call your dealer. I didn't get an updated status from camarotracking.com , but.. MY CAR IS IN! WOO HOO!! Unfortunately, I have too much going on to even go get it for a couple days :( I need a break from life for a little while.
